By accessing or using ChatSaver.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.
ChatSaver.ai is an application that lets you store, organize, and search your conversations with artificial intelligence systems. It is offered in two plans:
Save up to 25 conversations. Your data is stored locally on your device.
Unlimited conversations and end-to-end encrypted cloud sync. Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Your data is yours, including your conversations, profiles, and notes. On the Free plan, it is stored exclusively on your device using browser localStorage, and the developer has no access to it. On Pro, data you sync to the cloud is encrypted on your device before it leaves, so the developer cannot read it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the application for any purpose. Because Free data lives on your device, it can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices, so please export backups of anything important.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the application. We are also not responsible for content generated by third-party AI platforms; ChatSaver.ai simply helps you save and organize your own conversations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
